We will replace accounts or issue a refund in the following situations. These are covered under our 30-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery.

  • Account login credentials do not work at the time of delivery
  • Account is already banned or suspended before you access it
  • Wrong account type delivered (e.g. Facebook instead of Instagram)
  • Account quantity is less than what was ordered and paid for
  • Account gets disabled within 24 hours of delivery without any action from your side
  • Missing 2FA, recovery email, or other promised account features
  • Technical delivery failure (file corruption, missing data files)

The following situations are not covered under our refund or replacement policy. Please review these carefully before placing your order.

  • Account was banned after you used it for automation, spam or ToS violations
  • You changed the password, email or phone and then lost access

  • Refund request made after 30 days from delivery date
  • Buyer's remorse — you no longer need the accounts after delivery

How long does it take to get a replacement?
Once your claim is approved (usually within 2–4 hours of submission), replacement accounts are delivered within 24 hours. For bulk orders over 500 accounts, it may take up to 48 hours.
Can I get a cash refund instead of a replacement?
We primarily offer replacements. Cash refunds are only issued when we are unable to provide a replacement due to stock unavailability. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the same payment method used for the order.
What proof do I need to submit a claim?
You need to provide a screenshot or short video showing the issue — for example, a screenshot of the login error, or a screen recording showing the account is banned. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process your claim.
What if only some accounts from my bulk order are faulty?
We will only replace the faulty accounts — not the full order. For example, if 30 out of 200 accounts don't work, we replace those 30 at no cost. The remaining 170 working accounts are not eligible for replacement.
Does the policy apply to aged and fresh accounts both?
Yes. Our refund and replacement policy applies equally to all account types — fresh, aged, PVA, and bulk orders. The same 30-day window and conditions apply across the board.
Can I claim a refund after 30 days?
Unfortunately, no. The 30-day window is strict. Claims submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to test your accounts as soon as you receive them.
What happens if I used the account before it stopped working?
If the account worked initially but stopped due to a platform issue unrelated to your actions, we will review it case by case. However, if it stopped due to your usage pattern (automation, spam etc.), it is not covered under our policy.
